How does the reservation reminder work?
It's sent automatically 1 hour before the reserved time (not 24h, like service bookings) — the most useful moment for a restaurant table.
Can I manage several rooms?
Yes. You can create several rooms, each with its own table layout and capacity.
Does takeaway have a delivery fee?
Delivery is only available if the restaurant has its own courier, with a fixed fee configured per zone. In-store pickup is always available, free of charge.
Can a reservation combine more than one table?
Yes, for larger groups a reservation can combine several tables from the same room.
How does billing work?
There's no monthly fee. We charge only a fixed fee per completed reservation or takeaway order: €0.05 on the Starter plan, or €0.10 on the Business plan.
Can Restaurant be combined with Services or Rentals?
No — the Restaurant pillar is always exclusive, to keep the experience simple and dedicated to the restaurant business.
