How do automatic reminders work?
Marca lá sends reminders by email, WhatsApp and SMS* to your clients before their booking, reducing no-shows without you having to contact anyone manually. * WhatsApp/SMS available on the Business plan.
Can I have several staff members?
Yes. Each professional can have their own login (individual schedule and availability), and clients choose the professional on the public page.
Do I need to pay a monthly fee?
No. There's no monthly fee — you pay only €0.05 per completed booking on the Starter plan, or €0.10 on the Business plan.
Can I book more than one service at once?
Yes, up to 5 different services in the same booking, each with its own quantity (e.g. 2× Haircut + 1× Beard).
What is pre-booking?
A flexible way to book: the client picks only a day and time window (e.g. "Tuesday morning"), and your business confirms the exact time afterwards.
How do quotes work?
For services whose price depends on the case (e.g. photography, events), the client requests a quote, the business replies with a price and the client accepts — the booking is created automatically upon acceptance.
